Motion and type
Text gets drop shadows and outlines with one-click presets, and every layer can now animate in, out, and in place — with effects that stack cleanly on top of your own keyframes.
Features:
- Text drop shadow and stroke. Give any text layer a soft or hard shadow (color, offset, blur, opacity) and a clean outline (color, width) — with one-click presets like Soft shadow, Hard shadow, and Outline. Every value is keyframeable and renders identically in exports.
- Element animations. Pick an In, Out, and Loop animation for any text, image, video, or sticker layer: fade, four slide directions, pop, and a typewriter reveal for text, plus pulse and drift loops. Durations and speed are adjustable after the fact, and removing one is a single click.
- Animations compose with your keyframes instead of replacing them — a clip can slide in while your own scale and position animation keeps running underneath. If a clip already has a transition on an edge, the transition wins and the preset stays out of the way.
Improvements:
- Smoother slider controls across the properties panel — dragging feels more precise and commits as a single undo step.
