Full speed backwards
Ping-pong playback is now perfectly smooth — reverse segments play at full frame rate instead of stuttering.
Improvements:
- Ping-pong preview now plays reverse segments at full frame rate. Video decodes forward by nature, so playing backward used to stutter around 10fps — clips now decode ahead into a small buffer and play back from memory, making reverse indistinguishable from forward.
- Ping-pong exports render several times faster, and previews with a blurred background do half the decoding work they used to.
